FAQ
How do I import trades from Tradovate?
Go to Journal → Import / Export and click Import CSV. The importer accepts Tradovate CSV format, cleans symbols like NQH6 → NQ, and skips duplicates.
What does R‑multiple mean?
R‑multiple is a way to express profit/loss relative to your risk. If 1R = $100 and you made $235, that’s +2.35R. It helps standardize performance across different trade sizes.
How do I change the accent color?
Open Settings from the Hub or any app page. Tap a preset swatch or use the rainbow circle to choose a custom color. Changes are saved automatically and sync across pages.
Can I use this on mobile?
Yes. The entire hub is responsive and installable as a PWA. On mobile, use the bottom navigation. Charts support pinch‑to‑zoom and drag‑to‑pan.
How does pre‑fill from checklist work?
In Post‑Session Review, click Pre‑fill Checklist. It reads today’s checklist readiness score and fills your emotional state and overall rating accordingly.
What’s the difference between checklist readiness and review rating?
Checklist readiness is your pre‑session state based on energy, confidence, peace of mind, and calmness. Review rating is your post‑session assessment of how the day went.
Is my data stored locally or in the cloud?
All journal entries, checklists, templates, and reviews are stored in Supabase cloud. Only preferences like theme, accent, and R settings are stored locally.
Does my data sync across devices?
Yes. Since data is in the cloud, logging in with the same Google account on another device will show the same information.
What are the session time buckets in Deep Analysis?
Deep Analysis groups trades by local browser time: Asia/Night (00:00–07:59), London (08:00–12:59), Pre‑NY (13:00–15:29), Afternoon NY (15:30–23:59). If your device timezone changes, both the trade times and buckets shift together.
How do I clear only a specific date range of data?
In the Import/Export section of any page, use the Clear Date Range fields. Select a start and end date, then click Clear Range. You’ll be asked to confirm the deletion count.
How do I filter trade log, history, or past reviews by date?
Each history/table section now includes a date range filter with From and To inputs. Enter dates and click Apply. Use Reset to remove the filter.
How do I export all data?
Each page has its own CSV export. In Deep Analysis, you can export a combined date‑level or trade‑level CSV. In Journal and Post‑Session Review, you can export their respective datasets.
How do I install the app on my phone?
Open the hub in Safari or Chrome on your phone, tap the Share button, and choose Add to Home Screen. The app will open in standalone mode.
What is process adherence?
Process adherence is a binary yes/no measure of whether you followed your pre‑session plan. It appears in Post‑Session Review and Deep Analysis.
What are expansion, range, and uncertain session types?
These are pre‑session classifications. Expansion means trending/volatile, range means choppy/sideways, and uncertain means unclear. Deep Analysis compares P&L across these types.
